Back Pain, Neck Tension and Headaches in Toronto's West End

Massage therapy for the aches, tightness and stress people carry into the clinic every week.

What People Come in With

A lot of what we see comes from ordinary life. Hours at a desk, a night slept wrong, a workout that pushed too hard, or stress that quietly parks itself in the shoulders and jaw.

Massage therapy can help ease that muscle tension, reduce pain and improve how freely you move. For some people it is one appointment. For others it is steady work over a few visits as things settle.

If what you're dealing with isn't named below, book anyway or send a message. The assessment sorts out whether massage therapy is a fit, and we'll tell you honestly if it's not.

The Assessment

How We Work Out What Is Going On

Before any hands-on work, we go through your history and what you're feeling, then check where you're tight, sore or restricted in movement.

That picture tells us where to focus and how much pressure suits you. If something points to a problem better handled by a physician, we'll say so and point you in the right direction.

Questions About What We Treat

What if my problem is not on the list?

Book anyway or send a message first. The assessment tells us whether massage therapy can help, and we'll be straight with you if another type of care fits better.

Do I need a diagnosis before coming in?

No. You do not need a diagnosis to book massage therapy. If your history suggests you should be seen by a physician, we'll let you know.

What if I have already seen someone else?

That is fine and often helpful. Bring what you have learned, and we'll work it into how we approach your session.

Book an Assessment for Your Pain or Tension

Your first visit starts by going through your history and checking where you're tight or restricted, then hands-on work at a pressure you're comfortable with.
