Registered Massage Therapy in Toronto's West End

One discipline, shaped each visit to what you need, from deep relaxation to focused relief.

How Massage Therapy Works Here

We keep it to massage therapy, and we do it well. Rather than sorting you into a named technique before we have met, we start with what is going on and build the session from there.

That might mean deeper, slower work through a tight area, or a lighter, calming pace when the goal is rest. Most sessions move between the two, because most bodies need both.

The point of any session is the same: restore some balance, settle the nervous system, and leave you moving and feeling a little easier than when you walked in.

Not Sure What to Book

Choosing the Right Session

If you're unsure whether you need deep pressure or something gentler, you don't have to decide alone. Book the session and we sort it out together at the start.

The short check-in and assessment at the beginning is there for exactly this. It tells us where to focus, so even if you picked the wrong idea in your head, the hour lands where it should.

Questions Before Booking Massage Therapy

Which session should I book?

Pick the length that fits your schedule. What we do inside it is decided together at the start, based on what you tell us and a short assessment.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book massage therapy directly. Some extended health plans ask for a doctor's note before reimbursement, so it's worth checking your own coverage.

Will I get a receipt for insurance?

Yes. You receive a receipt with the RMT's name and registration number, which is what most extended health plans need for reimbursement.

How long is a first visit?

Your first appointment includes a short health history and assessment before hands-on work, so allow a little extra time at the start.
